Department of transcription and cell signaling, Institute of Medical Biochemistry and Laboratory Diagnostics, First Faculty of Medicine, Charles University Prague, is searching for a person(s) interested in molecular and cellular research of tumor cells. Completed master´s degree diploma is required. The research is aimed at the study of some transcription factors and cofactors, epigenetics, and the regulation of some signaling pathways. Further study is aimed at the regulation of transcription of immune checkpoints inhibitors and targeted combined therapy. The research is focused mainly on melanoma and lung carcinoma cells. A broad range of methods is used in the lab., and a domestic and international cooperation is possible. Entering the PhD study program is possible as well (deadline only in April each year). A strong interest in studying cancer cells and the appropriate command of English for the work in the laboratory is required.
